At OdyrAI, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for product purchases and subscription plans.
2. Digital Product Purchases
All product purchases on OdyrAI are for digital goods delivered immediately upon payment. Because digital products are non-tangible and cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
However, we may grant a refund for a product purchase in the following exceptional cases:
- The product file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded after multiple attempts.
- The product is fundamentally different from what was described in the listing.
- The purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization.
Refund requests for product purchases must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note that product payments go directly to the seller via PayPal, so refunds are subject to PayPal's dispute resolution process.
3. Free Products
Free products are provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable to free product claims.
4. Subscription Plans
OdyrAI offers monthly subscription plans (Pro at $5/month and Business at $10/month) billed through Paddle.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds for subscriptions: We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you subscribed for the first time and are not satisfied, contact us within 3 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund.
Renewals: We do not offer refunds for subscription renewal charges. We recommend canceling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to be billed.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address.
- The product name or subscription plan in question.
- The reason for your refund request.
- Any relevant screenshots or details to support your request.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly first — we are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of OdyrAI constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
